Every order is packed with care within 1–2 business days and ships Monday–Friday from our Bangkok studio. Orders over ฿1,500 ship free within Thailand with the code FREESHIP1500 at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging
  • Handmade pieces may show small charming variations — these are part of the craft, not defects
  • Message us via the contact page to start a return and we'll guide you through it
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem — contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
