Every order is packed with care within 1–2 business days and ships Monday–Friday from our Bangkok studio. Standard delivery within Thailand typically arrives in 2–4 business days. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days depending on the destination.

Yes — orders over ฿1,500 ship free within Thailand with the code FREESHIP1500 at checkout. Orders below that ship at a flat rate shown at checkout.

We do! Beyond Thailand we currently ship to the US, UK, Germany, France, Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, China and the UAE — all with tracking. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime under Account → Orders.

Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Message us via the contact page and we’ll walk you through it.

Our plush characters, pouches and wallets are handcrafted by Thai artists in small batches, so tiny variations are part of their charm. Printed goods like stickers and memo pads are produced in small local runs.

We start packing quickly, so contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to change or cancel it.

Care notes are included on each product page. For handmade plush and fabric pieces, spot-clean gently and keep them away from long soaks. When in doubt, message us and we’ll help.
